Our organization is certified by various state Pollution Control Board Authority such as Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board (RSPCB). We also follow the all guideline of Pollution Control Board (PCB).
We are Authorized for all above mentioned states and we strictly followed all the instruction and norms which is decided by Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) – 2016 transboundary guidelines.

- Our all vehicles are authorized and linked with Global Positioning System (GPS) and details web link share to sender and receiver of the waste.
- We ensure that our vehicles follow XGN guideline provided by waste sender and
waste receiver. - All Drivers of Shivam Enviro properly trained for handling the
emergency situations & safety aspects involved in the transportation of
Hazardous Waste.
- Our vehicles have the valid permit for transportation of hazardous waste from the RTO as per Motor Vehicle Act.
- Our vehicles painted preferably in blue colour with white strip of 15 to 30 cm width running centrally all over the body.
- Our vehicles fitted with mechanical handling equipment as may be required for safe handling of wastes.
- The words “HAZARDOUS WASTE” displayed on all sides of the vehicles in Vernacular Language, Hindi & English.
- Each vehicle has first-aid kit, spill control equipment and re extinguisher.
- We ensure that our driver’s should wear the personnel protection equipment in all manner. Our training programmer is owned by third party agencies who is familiar on the subject.
